    Spacious room, luxurious amenities, the Superior room featured enormous windows overlooking a quiet street and a heated floor in the bathroom, making the stay even more comfortable.

    Everything was flawless.

    The room was gorgeous and I had a wonderful and gorgeous breakfast. There were central heating, an individual safe, and flat-screen television in the room, loved that. The hotel's location was great, in the venue's own Artesse restaurant with an old market and a market within walking distance. The food in the Michelin star rated restaurant was outstanding and amazing.

    It was in a particularly good location with a medieval Gothic gate tower nearby. I ate in the Michelin-starred restaurant nearby. The room was reasonably large and fashionable, had a mini bar, central heating and an iron. The breakfast was absolutely superb and enjoyable - plenty of dishes.

    great stay but room service lacked timeliness

    Check-in was efficient and the reception staff were both courteous and professional. The breakfast selection was abundant. The rooms were spacious and impeccably clean. I also appreciated the calming atmosphere of the spa area.

    Room service could have been a bit quicker, especially during peak hours.

    The friendly staff offered us complimentary champagne while we admired the fine terrace views. The beautifully decorated Beautiful room was impressively spacious, with a high ceiling of restored wooden beams and modern amenities. Slow service in the dining area felt off-brand for such luxury.

    Had a braw time! The spa and wellness centre was pure relaxing, with a cracking jacuzzi and steam room for a wee chill after a day exploring. Only downside was the parking situation, it could've been handled better. Still, felt like royalty during my stay!

    My Superior room offered a beautiful view of the tranquil inner patio, with elegant decor. The spa facilities, including the wellness center, were an absolute must-try after a day of exploring. I indulged in a rejuvenating massage that left me utterly relaxed!

    We loved the beautiful hotel with spacious rooms and a lovely atmosphere. The staff were cute, especially with our newborn. Michal helped us secure tickets for a private tour to the salt mines, a highlight for the family.
